Book a consultationBiography
Dr. Cloo graduated from Kasr Al-Ainy Faculty of Medicine, Cairo University, and completed her dermatology specialty training at the university hospitals before earning a research fellowship at King's College London. Over more than a decade, she has practiced in private clinics and academic departments, with a focus on chronic inflammatory conditions, pigmentation disorders in deeper skin tones, and conservative aesthetic procedures.
Dr. Cloo believes that the most important decisions in dermatology are often not the prescriptions a physician makes but the ones a physician declines to make. She practices this principle in every consultation, taking the time to understand a patient's full context before recommending any treatment.
Dr. Cloo has published in peer-reviewed journals on melasma in Egyptian skin and has chaired sessions at the annual conference of the Egyptian Society of Dermatology. She consults in Arabic, English, and French, and pays particular attention to explaining conditions in plain language without medical jargon.
