A first visit takes roughly an hour in total. There is no crowded waiting room, no impenetrable paperwork, no surprises in pricing. Every step is designed to respect your time and your trust.

Arriving and parking
5 minutes
Zamzam Mall offers complimentary covered parking for visitors. Enter through the main gate and turn right toward Building 3. We will see your arrival on our front-desk monitor.

Welcome
5 minutes
Our front-desk manager will welcome you by name, offer you tea or water, and show you to a quiet seating area. There is no crowded waiting room. Appointments are spaced to avoid delay.

Medical history
10 minutes
We hand you a short tablet questionnaire covering your general health, current medications, and present routine. You may prepare for it in advance through the link in your appointment confirmation.

Consultation and examination
30 — 45 minutes
You sit with the doctor in a quiet room. The visit begins with listening, then a clinical exam under professional lighting. Every step is explained. No question is too small to ask.

The written plan
10 minutes
You leave with a printed plan, prioritized, with clear instructions for every product or medication, and transparent pricing for any procedure you may consider later. No surprises.

Follow-up scheduling
5 minutes
Before you leave we schedule your follow-up, usually four to six weeks out. That visit is included at no additional cost. We need to see how your skin responds before deciding what comes next.
